As a therapist with extensive experience in early childhood education, I have worked with families from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds providing education, parent-child and individual child therapy. I specialize in assessment and therapeutic interventions for children between ages 0 to 6 years.

I create a warm and welcoming environment, where each parent and child feels noticed, listened to and understood. I understand each child has an individual and unique way of communicating and develops at their own pace. My therapy draws on methods from education, psychology, play therapy, art therapy and psychoanalytical therapy.

My therapeutic approach will create a safe space where your child can explore new ways of being in the world which will enhance their learning and capacity to socialize, play and develop the confidence to experience and learn new things.

I will work with you and your child to help you manage:

  • Life transitions such as attending childcare, preschool and school
  • Major life changes such as a new sibling, illness in self or family
  • Parental separation
  • Children’s emotional regulation
  • Helping your child to socialize with others
  • Separation anxiety
  • Fine motor development including writing and drawing
  • Managing behavioural issues
  • Helping your child to learn through the experience of enjoying play

Services are tailored to meet your individual needs.
